Rental Policies

Thank you for choosing to rent from APNW.

Rental / Services policies. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without notice.

  1. All rentals are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon
  2. All rentals are subject to credit approval and must be secured with a  valid credit card
  3. Minimum one day rental
  4. Once equipment has been shipped, or picked up, it cannot be cancelled.
  5. Unpaid balances: All invoices are due in advance. We reserve the right to remove our equipment from any install or event, at any time, in the the event of an open balance or dispute about payment. No refunds of any kind will be offered.<\li>
  6. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was obtained in. While you have our equipment you are responsible for it. If it is damaged we will charge you the full replacement value. Charges for damaged equipment may not be paid for with store credit.
  7. Rentals are due back between 9:00am and 12:00 noon on the return date. Rentals returned after 12:00PM on due date are subject to late charge.
  8. Cables returned dirty (muddy, etc.), unwrapped, snarled or with tape residue will be subject to a cleaning fee, minimum $25.00. Cleaning fees may not be paid for with store credit.
  9. It is your responsibility to learn how to use, transport, set up, strike the equipment before you leave our facility, if you have any questions we are happy to help.
  10. Malfunctions: we must be notified immediately about any equipment malfunctions. If we are notified about a malfunction upon return no refund will be issued. In the case of swap outs equipment must be returned to our office.
  11. All rentals are subject to a 20% cancellation charge: Rentals are subject to a seven day cancellation period. Rentals cancelled within seven days of scheduled pick up date will not be issued a refund, of any kind, and are subject to charge in the full amount of the rental. All refunds will be issued as store credit, we do not issue cash refunds.
  12. All credits expire in 12 months.
  13. Rentals not returned on time will be charged for extra days at the full daily rate.
  14. We reserve the right to change these policies without notice at any time.
  15. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold APNW/JAB Media, Inc. harmless against any claim, liability loss, costs, damages, expenses, or demands arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with the use of the Property leased from APNW/JAB Media, Inc. by you, its agents, servants, sub lessees, contractors, representative, guests, invites, or customers.
  16. You  agree to save and hold harmless JAB Media Inc. dba Audio Professionals NW hereinafter referred to as the Company, and its agents, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, demands and/or liability and the cost of defense thereof, arising from injury or damage to any persons or property by reason of any act or omission by the Contractor or its employees or sub-contractors in, upon or about the premises owned, operated or under the control of the Company.
  17. We will not be responsible for any damages due to use or misuse of our equipment. In any case our liability is limited to the amount of the original rental invoice.
  18. Any returned checks, returned credit card charges or charge-backs are subject to a $35.00 fee or the maximum allowed by law.
  19. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice.
